Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with The Melanated Collective. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as each order is prepared with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. The Melanated Collective is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Melanated Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to us at support@weremelanatedtribe.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
