EDUCATOR

Stay Melanated Over Educator.

Because educating is what you do, but your identity is part of what you bring into every classroom, conversation, and learning space. Your culture, lived experience, knowledge, and professionalism do not exist separately. They teach together.

Step into every space knowing you do not have to minimize one part of yourself to validate another. Your Blackness belongs in education. Your knowledge, influence, leadership, and impact deserve recognition.

Wear it boldly. Wear it proudly. Wear it as a reminder that shaping minds and inspiring the future never requires you to leave your identity behind.
